Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Experience designing AI-native software in production.
• Strong backend skills (Python, Node.js, Java) and frontend skills (React, Angular).
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, vector search, and context management.
• Performance and observability: debugging distributed systems, latency tuning, and monitoring.
• DevOps fluency: deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD, containers, and infra-as-code.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready solutions in end-to-end agile sprints.
• Build APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector DBs, LLM frameworks, and UI components.
• Operate in the field with customers to deploy and iterate in live environments.
• Codify patterns, libraries, prompts, and scaffolds to accelerate future engagements.
• Influence platform tooling and contribute to shared SDKs and developer experience.
