Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Product AI Manager in Glendale, WI to lead AI-enabled product strategy and delivery. You will partner with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to identify opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.

You will own the AI product roadmap, prioritize investments, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment, with a strong emphasis on governance, ROI, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in product management, software development, or technology strategy.
• Experience defining product strategies and delivering business outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities
