Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Lead to own high-impact AI-enabled use cases within a cross-functional pod. You will work directly with a VP-level sponsor to define scope, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business value across workflows.

You will lead a senior team embedded away from core labs, balancing speed and governance, delivering reusable Fabric assets, and ensuring alignment with design, engineering, QA, and deployment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/LLM-enabled products to adoption in workflows.
• Ability to be the single accountable face to a VP-level sponsor while collaborating with domain experts.
• Experience with portfolio management and explicit kill/pivot decisions.
• Comfort navigating regulated environments as design inputs.
• Hands-on fluency: prompt agents, compose, read evals and test engineering claims.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience at this level.

Responsibilities

• Define use case, KPI targets, and kill criteria with the business sponsor.
• Plan scope, sequencing, and pod backlog; decide what to build and what not to.
• Lead pod engineers and coordinate with data plane, harness plane, and cross-functional gates.
• Manage RACI with Legal and Quality gates and ensure gates move forward.
• Drive adoption and value realization with telemetry and real-world usage.
• Contribute to monthly portfolio reviews with honest status and reusable assets.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap in line with business goals and customer needs.
