Job summary

Adobe’s Corporate Sales organization is seeking a senior leader to bridge AI innovations with GTM execution. You will audit grassroots AI initiatives, define governance and an operational blueprint for scalable agentic workflows, and partner across Legal, Security, IT, and GTM teams to drive responsible AI adoption.

You’ll enable the field via AI training, ambassador programs, and role-based learning journeys while linking deployments to business metrics like pipeline growth and win rates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mid-market or enterprise sales strategy, GTM operations, or AI/digital transformation.
• Demonstrated track record delivering AI or digital transformation programs with measurable behavior change.
• Hands-on AI proficiency: working knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to partner with IT, data engineering, and full-stack development to translate business strategy into working solutions.
• Outstanding executive communication — written and verbal — with the ability to move a large field organization and engage VP/C‑suite collaborators.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Audit AI initiatives and build a centralized inventory; evaluate performance, scalability, and fit.
• Define governance protocols for data usage, model risk, vendor selection, and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic AI portfolio decisions: intake, prioritization, build-vs-buy, deprecation.
• Define the operational blueprint for coding, configuring, and deploying agentic workflows.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions; partner with GTM and internal teams to execute.
• Deliver AI enablement for the field; build an AI Ambassador Program and learning journeys.
• Define change management and communications strategy for top-down and bottom-up adoption.
• Map AI deployments to core metrics; build measurement infrastructure and monitor adoption velocity.
