Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Principal AI Enablement/Change Management to lead enterprise-wide AI literacy and transformation initiatives across the organization, driving adoption after AI implementations.

The role builds and evolves the AI literacy program, designs change management playbooks, develops adoption metrics, and partners with AI Portfolio & Transformation to align enablement with the AI roadmap and production use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in change management or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts (AI, automation) encouraged.
• Demonstrated leadership of organizational change programs.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI tools with ability to communicate to business and technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive status communication.
• Strong facilitation skills; able to run workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise AI literacy program to reach all users at hire and annually thereafter.
• Lead the workforce transformation agenda as AI is embedded into how work gets done.
• Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases from production to broad adoption.
• Identify adoption friction and AI literacy gaps enterprise-wide.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against AI Strategy targets.
• Partner with AIPT to align enablement with AI roadmap and use-case pace to production.
• Build change management playbooks and communication materials for reuse across use cases.
• Serve as liaison between business, AIPT, and AIRE on adoption readiness and impact.
