Runlayer is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own customer adoption and growth by deploying AI infrastructure from proof of value to enterprise-wide deployment. You will manage a book of enterprise accounts and be measured on net dollar retention, partnering with security, IT, and AI teams weekly.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Forward Deployed Engineers to scale adoption, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities, turning customer success into long-term

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise-scale AI infrastructure.
• Ownership of multiple enterprise accounts with renewals and expansion.
• AI-native mindset and experience building/using agents.
• Executive presence to interact with security, IT, and AI leaders.
• Strong written communication for account plans and enablement notes.
• Technical depth to explain MCP servers, SSO/SCIM, and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Scale proof of value into production from POC to enterprise adoption.
• Unite security, IT, infra, and AI teams and drive adoption toward AI goals.
• Lead executive-level reviews and enablement sessions with account teams.
• Know the product deeply and answer how-to questions for customers.
• Own account health, triage technical issues, and coordinate with support.
• Drive renewals and expansion with AEs, including renewal planning.
• Improve playbooks by feeding field learnings back to Product and Sales.
