Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist (Customer Outcome Leader) within Forward Deployment Engineering. You will own business realization, drive realized value, and ensure customer ROI across enterprise AI engagements.

You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business requirements into technical actions, manage scope, and lead organizational change to drive adoption of AI capabilities across large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in management consulting, forward‑deployed engineering, technical account management, or forward‑deployed strategic roles in high‑growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business success, ROI realization, and user adoption across high‑impact enterprise accounts.
• Establish baseline metrics, define KPIs, and measure realized financial and operational value for client executives.
• Serve as primary advisor to client CIOs/CTOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Govern complex multi‑stream workstreams under a single strategic roadmap and control engagement scope.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical user stories with FDEs and protect engineering bandwidth.
