Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as customer-facing advisors who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

You will own end-to-end engagements across the full value lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and consumption—delivering lasting, scalable business value. You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, guide solution design, governance and adoption, and manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS tech.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; AI capabilities strongly preferred.
• Programming basics in Python/Java/JavaScript or Apex; strong communication and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from discovery to deployment to consumption.
• Define AI strategy, architecture and roadmaps; run design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications; ensure value is realized.
• Drive adoption, measure outcomes, and coordinate with engineers on solution delivery.
• Manage client relationships with senior stakeholders and frame results in business terms.
