Qualifications

• 6–10 years in management consulting, FDEs, technical account management, or forward-deployed strategic roles in high-growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI deployments, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and digital workflow transformation.
• Executive presence with a proven track record of aligning and holding accountable with C-suite executives.
• Ability to construct business cases, model ROI, design KPIs, and re-engineer complex processes.
• Experience scaling deployments across large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business success, ROI realization, and user adoption across high-impact enterprise accounts.
• Govern multiple workstreams under a single strategic roadmap and manage engagement scope.
• Redesign operational workflows around AI capabilities and drive user adoption.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business requirements into technical stories.
• Identify adjacent use cases to expand account footprint after deployment.
