Eloquent AI in San Francisco is seeking an Agent Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of AI Agents for enterprise clients. You’ll scope use cases, configure systems, monitor performance, and drive successful go-lives with cross-functional teams.

You'll translate business needs into technical workflows, coordinate across Product, Engineering, and AI teams, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure reliability and customer value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent behavior, prompt iteration, and system constraints.
• Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for customer meetings and timelines.
• A STEM background or equivalent practical engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators with enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand processes, scope requirements, and success criteria.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators using internal tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to resolve edge cases.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinate incident response end-to-end.
• Contribute to improving deployment playbooks and operational readiness.
