Job summary

Bot Jobs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join an early deployment team bringing AI agent systems into large enterprise environments. You will work across engineering, product, and customer teams to turn complex business needs into practical platform solutions.

The role involves owning deployments from planning to scaling, working with financial services and other industries, building AI workflows, and collaborating on roadmap and staffing. On-site in SF or NY with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent systems beyond chatbots.
• Experience deploying AI in enterprise environments, ideally financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments from planning through implementation and scaling.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and design agentic solutions.
• Build custom AI workflows, data integrations, and agent systems.
• Share deployment insights with product teams to inform roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership on deployment strategy and team growth.
