Job summary

Clera in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Agent Product Manager to own enterprise AI deployments from pre-sales through live implementation. You will partner with AI, engineering, and sales teams to ensure measurable outcomes and seamless integration into customer operations.

This on-site, full-time role emphasizes discovery, requirement gathering, and guiding customers in optimizing AI agent capabilities with a focus on compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects end-to-end.
• Experience conducting deep-dive discovery and gathering complex business and technical requirements from enterprise customers.
• Comfortable using analytical tools and SQL or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Scope and lead end-to-end implementation projects that deeply embed our AI platform into customer operations.
• Own delivery and integration of our platform into enterprise customer environments.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives and technical requirements.
• Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve operational challenges.
• Proactively analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales—POCs and due diligence.
