Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Statistics/Math and Economics double major, or Statistics/Math and Computer Science double major or Statistics/Math and Operation Research double major.
• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling experience in another industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analyses and modeling on complex projects.
• Present results to customers and management upon request.
• Lead data preparation and identify data quality issues.
• Communicate assumptions, results, and alternatives clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the AI lifecycle from model development to deployment.
