Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in data science/predictive analytics in (re)insurance
• 8+ years predictive modeling in other industries
• Master's degree in analytics or related field

• Prepare predictive analytics analyses and modeling with guidance on complex projects
• Develop predictive analytics and present results to customers and management
• Address loosely defined problems with creative approaches to yield actionable insights
• Data preparation and cleaning; identify data anomalies
• Identify data and operational issues needing advanced analytics and modeling
• Document assumptions and results; communicate with regulators when needed
• Create and maintain modeling best practices with internal/external partners
• Explain analytic procedures to non-experts
• Prioritize workload and maintain organization; perform peer reviews
• Provide hands-on leadership across the AI lifecycle from model to deployment
