Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in (re)insurance or 8+ years in another industry.
• Strong background with statistical programming and ML techniques, plus data wrangling and quality assessment.
• Proven ability to lead modeling projects and communicate results to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across the full AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Develop predictive analytics and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Address loosely defined problems with creative analytics approaches to improve business outcomes.
• Prepare data and handle data anomalies; ensure governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with regulators on rate filings or modeling practices when needed.
• Create and maintain modeling best practices and share techniques with partners.
• Explain complex analytics in non-technical terms and translate requests into solutions.
