Qualifications

• Strong background in statistical programming and data wrangling.
• Experience with common ML techniques and model evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive analytics projects and develop enterprise AI models.
• Present results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Guide and coach a team of data scientists across the model lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regulators for rate filings or modeling practices as needed.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives for cross-functional teams.
