Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group, Inc., a Munich Re company, is seeking a Principal AI Data Scientist to build, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions across functional areas in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead predictive analytics projects, translate complex results for non-technical audiences, and ensure governance from development to production while mentoring a team of data scientists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related double major.
• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in (re)insurance or 8+ years predictive modeling in another industry.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing a team on modeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the full AI lifecycle from model development to production deployment.
• Communicate results to business partners and regulators as needed.
• Develop and maintain modeling best practices and new techniques.
