Job summary

AWS is seeking an experienced and motivated technical manager to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled, customer-facing Solutions Architects across enterprise accounts.

You will help develop the industry’s best AI and cloud-based solutions architects by enabling and coaching them on best practices, solution selling, presentation and speaking skills, and how to craft architectures of varying size and complexity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise IT applications experience with hands-on software dev or DevOps
• 2+ years architecting/operating cloud solutions on any major provider
• 8+ years delivering technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations to the cloud

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions, migrate apps and services to AWS
• Hire, onboard, and grow Solutions Architects
• Educate customers on value of AWS and participate in architecture discussions
• Coach architects in training delivery to transfer deep technical skills
• Share best-practice knowledge within the Solutions Architect community
• Guide creation of whitepapers and data sheets with high- value guidance
• Develop relationships with decision makers to advocate AI and cloud
