Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks experienced customer-facing leaders to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled Solutions Architects. You will enable and coach them on best practices, solution selling, and presentation skills, and help create architectures of varying size and complexity.

You will lead a team focused on Data and AI ISVs, guiding customers re-architecting products for generative AI, ML, and modern data platforms, translating technical choices into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding architects in technical and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of solutions innovation and customer value creation.

Responsibilities

• Build and migrate applications, software and services onto the AWS platform.
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop Solutions Architects.
• Educate enterprise customers on AWS value and participate in architectural discussions.
• Coach Architects in training sessions to transfer skills to customers.
• Share best-practice knowledge within the AWS Solutions Architect community.
• Guide whitepapers, data sheets, and customer guidance.
• Build relationships with decision makers to enable Cloud advocacy.
• Act as liaison between customers, service engineering, and support.
