Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design scalable AI/ML architectures for large global clients. You will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Claude‑powered and other LLM solutions, including RAG, data integration, and automation within enterprise environments.

Role requires hands‑on Python/SQL, cloud experience, and strong collaboration with ServiceNow teams, data engineers, and AI/ML engineers to translate business needs into secure, production‑ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong expertise in AI/ML architecture for enterprise use cases.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.
• Hands-on coding in Python and SQL; familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Design end-to-end architectures, data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, and client demonstrations.
• Develop agentic AI workflows that integrate with ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Ensure responsible AI practices with governance, security, and observability.
