Job summary

NewRocket seeks an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and improve scalable foundations for enterprise AI solutions powered by Claude. You will collaborate with AI Architects, data engineers, and client teams to deliver production-grade platforms and reusable patterns for RAG, prompt management, and secure data access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of platform/cloud/DevOps engineering experience.
• Hands-on design and deployment of cloud-native apps on major clouds.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, IaC, and production release processes.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and secure software practices.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG, and enterprise data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable platform capabilities for enterprise AI.
• Build reusable architectures and deployment templates for AI Foundry.
• Enable secure, scalable Claude-powered AI and enterprise integrations.
• Establish CI/CD, observability, and governance for AI services.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, data engineers, and client teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Contribute to NewRocket Intelligence Platform components and playbooks.
