Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives, partnering with Anthropic to design secure, scalable Claude-powered solutions connected to ServiceNow and enterprise data.

You will define architectures for AI/ML, generative AI, data pipelines, and agentic workflows while collaborating with client teams and NewRocket engineers to deliver production-ready, governance-friendly deployments.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience applying AI, ML, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation to enterprise use cases.
Strong coding in Python and SQL, with hands-on ML framework experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience architecting or delivering AI/LLM, RAG, or AI-powered automation solutions.
Understanding of software architecture, API integration, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, prep, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
Lead workshops, proofs-of-concept, and client demonstrations to translate business needs into technical designs.
Design agentic AI systems that coordinate across enterprise apps and tools with human-in-the-loop controls.
