Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing enterprise AI/ML architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG patterns preferred.
• Strong cloud and data engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Define end‑to‑end architectures spanning data ingestion, model selection, APIs, and governance.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and client demonstrations.
• Design AI solutions using Claude, Anthropic API, and other LLM platforms where appropriate.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and tool use for enterprise knowledge workflows.
• Build agentic AI workflows that integrate with ServiceNow and enterprise data sources.
• Ensure human‑in‑the‑loop controls and strong security practices.
• Evaluate agent effectiveness with metrics like reliability, latency, and cost.
