Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and deploy Claude-powered enterprise AI solutions. You will lead AI/ML architecture, data engineering, cloud design, and technical leadership, delivering scalable, secure AI systems connected to enterprise data, APIs, and workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on Python/SQL, LLM engineering, RAG, and tool integration with a focus on responsible AI, governance, and collaboration across client, engineering, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience applying AI, ML, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation to enterprise use cases.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with ML frameworks experience.
• Experience architecting AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Understanding of software architecture and API-based integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• NLP experience with Hugging Face or similar stacks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance.
• Ability to collaborate across client, consulting, engineering, product, data, and AI/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Define end-to-end architectures spanning data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate requirements into designs and roadmaps.
• Design solutions for predictive analytics, classification, and intelligent automation.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and client demonstrations.
• Design agentic AI systems that integrate with ServiceNow and enterprise data sources.
• Develop AI automation patterns and reusable components for NewRocket’s AI Foundry.
• Stay current on Anthropic/Claude capabilities and responsible AI guidance.
