Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions that connect Claude-powered models with ServiceNow, enterprise data, APIs, and critical workflows.

You will lead AI/ML architecture, generative‑AI engineering, data engineering, and cloud solution design, collaborating with clients, NewRocket consultants, and engineering teams to produce production‑ready AI systems with governance and safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise AI/ML, LLM, RAG, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into secure, reliable architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience with Claude, Anthropic API, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures including data ingestion, model selection, orchestration, APIs, and governance.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, and client demonstrations.
• Design AI agent workflows that integrate with enterprise tools and platforms like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable designs.
