Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior AE – Enterprise to drive data, analytics, and AI platform adoption within Fortune 1000 accounts across a large Seattle region.

This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and collaborates with internal teams and partners to ensure successful customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in enterprise software sales, a proven track record of closing high‑value deals, and strong territory planning with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large accounts and delivering net new business in enterprise software sales.
• Background selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms.
• Proven success closing complex, high‑value deals and exceeding quota.
• Strong territory planning and pipeline execution skills across direct and partner channels.
• Established relationships within Fortune 1000 enterprises and partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Develop and maintain a strong regional opportunity pipeline
• Drive consistent revenue attainment aligned with growth goals
• Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing Fortune 1000 accounts across a large region
• Partner with channel and ecosystem stakeholders to advance and close deals
• Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from initial outreach through close
• Align complex customer needs with data, analytics, and AI solutions to ensure long‑term satisfaction
• Represent the organization at targeted enterprise and industry events
