Job summary

Fragment is hiring Agent Strategists to own end-to-end deployment of AI agents inside enterprise customers, from workshops to live production. You’ll sit between customers and engineering/research teams, learning processes, defining agent workflows, and ensuring fast live value.

You will partner with the engineering team to refine platform capabilities, advocate for practical workflow design, and drive post‑go-live expansion through measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise deployments.
• Ability to map procurement processes and define agent workflows.
• On-site client presence and strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery across industries and ERPs to map processes and opportunities.
• Lead and configure customer deployments, ensuring readiness and ROI from day one.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine procurement capabilities and guide UX from a practitioner’s view.
• Shape Fragment’s point of view on lean procure-to-pay and deliver strategic impact.
• Act as trusted advisor post go-live to drive expansion and outcomes.
