Sierra is seeking an experienced Agent Strategist to lead flagship deployments, owning the end-to-end life cycle of AI agents for top customers. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, turning strategic objectives into measurable AI outcomes.
In this role, you will advise enterprise leaders, align cross-functional teams, and drive the long-term roadmap with executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise, customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs.
- Ability to translate business goals into AI deployment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and iteration.
- Advise enterprise leaders and shape the AI strategy.
- Coordinate with customer teams and executives on long-term roadmap.
- Navigate enterprise complexity with cross-functional teams and negotiations.
- Impact product by feeding customer needs back to research and platform.
- Manage internal resourcing for deployments today and in the future.
- Drive revenue and optimize cost to serve for Sierra and the customer.
- Collaborate with Sales on commercial strategy and opportunities.
