Job summary

Ikuto is seeking a Deployment Strategist / Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Agents & Automations) to lead enterprise deployments end-to-end from onboarding to go-live in the San Francisco area. You will partner directly with clients, map processes, and drive adoption using agentic AI tools and modern orchestration platforms.

You will own project strategy, manage timelines, and translate customer feedback into product improvements alongside the founding engineering team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience driving deployments end-to-end for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with AI tooling and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployments from onboarding to go-live with no middle management.
• Design and deploy customer workflows using agentic AI tooling.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers and project strategy.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements with the engineering team.
