OutSystems is seeking a Technical Success Manager to independently manage top-tier accounts, driving AI adoption and measurable outcomes within large-scale IT ecosystems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to empower customers to build high-performance, agent-centric applications and ensure successful outcomes.

You will leverage OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench to guide teams, design adoption plans, and advocate for customers with product and support teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices.
• Experience designing AI adoption plans and agentic systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; AI certifications are a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of architecture principles, governance, security, and performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts, accelerating AI adoption in large-scale environments.
• Perform technical reviews for complex systems and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices.
• Design adoption plans to drive business impact by guiding customers to implement agentic systems.
• Guide customer development teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows using OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench.
• Serve as a customer advocate and liaise with Product Management and Global Support.
