Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Technical Success Manager to independently manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts and ensure successful adoption of our AI Development Platform. You will empower clients to build agent-centric applications in complex IT ecosystems, serving as a trusted advisor across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable technical and business outcomes.

In this role, you will design adoption plans, drive strategic AI initiatives, and guide customer development teams through

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts and accelerate AI adoption.

Design adoption plans to maximize platform value for clients.
Guide development teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows with OutSystems tools.
Advocate for customers and coordinate with Product Management and Global Support.
