Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior Customer Success/Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers and scale multi‑product adoption for the Japan market. You will advise on agent design, orchestrate integrations, and guide expansion in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities include owning revenue expansion across a portfolio, driving cross‑sell opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and AM to convert success into durable growth and customer commitment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Customer Success or account management for B2B SaaS.
• Experience with AI/ML products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise on agent design, integrations, and deployment to deliver outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and AM to translate success into revenue growth.
• Navigate Japan market nuances and build long-term customer relationships.
