ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager in Japan for its remote role. You will work with enterprise customers to deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform, guiding design, integrations, and performance optimization to drive business outcomes.

You will also own expansion within a defined portfolio, pursuing cross-sell opportunities and close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Account Managers to sustain revenue growth and long-term customer

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents.
• Familiarity with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
• Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and cross-sell opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Strong understanding of the Japan market and cultural nuances.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform.
• Advise on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver business outcomes in production.
• Guide customers on deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony and integrating with existing data sources and systems.
• Analyze agent performance data and logs to identify friction points and opportunities to improve accuracy, UX, and reliability at scale.
• Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive cross-sell to achieve durable revenue growth.
