Ladders is seeking a Lead Agile Coach to guide enterprise-level Agile transformation across multiple teams in the healthcare space. This remote US-based role partners with leaders to embed Agile principles into planning, collaboration, and delivery.

You will coach executives, teams, and stakeholders, develop training programs, support change management, and drive Agile maturity across the organization. This highly visible position influences executive alignment and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years in Agile delivery, project management, or organizational transformation.
• 5+ years coaching Agile teams and leaders in enterprise settings.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile transformation across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Agile Coach to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts across multiple teams, helping embed Agile principles into how the organization plans, collaborates, and delivers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to strengthen delivery practices, support organizational change, and improve operating maturity. This is a highly visible position that will influence executive alignment, team effectiveness, and adoption of modern Agile ways of working.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually
