Job summary

Conga is hiring an Account Executive, Enterprise to drive large-scale SaaS deals remotely across the United States. You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft territory strategies, nurture relationships with CIOs, IT and business leaders, and win competitive, multi-stakeholder cycles.

You’ll collaborate with Core AEs, Sales Engineering, and RevOps to align on value, scope deals, and accelerate bookings while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience selling to enterprise-level buyers and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source new logos and grow existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell motions.
• Collaborate with RevOps, IT, Legal, and Sales leaders to align on strategy.
• Develop territory plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders to close deals.
