Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking a Major Account Representative to drive new business within its largest and most strategic enterprise prospects in the Eastern US, owning the full sales cycle from engagement to close.

You will navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and partner with CISOs, CSOs, HR and legal leadership to position BlackCloak as a critical layer of executive risk management. This quota-carrying role targets long, complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing enterprise or major account sales experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas on six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling to CISOs, CSOs, HR, and legal/compliance stakeholders.
• Able to navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for named major accounts from outreach to close.
• Lead discovery calls and build business cases for executive risk management.
• Deliver tailored demos and coordinate with SEs and customer success.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to sharpen market messaging.
