Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logos and expand relationships across Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG with Agentic AI-powered TMS solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging C-suite executives and leading strategic territory plans to win complex, high-value deals.

Success requires deep understanding of enterprise environments, consultative selling, and a track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar opportunities in a fast-growing US

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales experience closing large deals.
• Experience selling TMS or related supply chain tech is preferred.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Engage C-suite and senior supply chain stakeholders.
• Drive new business across Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG sectors.
• Position Agentic AI-powered TMS and articulate its value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, and leadership.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
