Zof is hiring an Account Executive in San Francisco, on-site, full-time, senior. You will own multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from first conversation to contract, using AI agents to augment research, intel, and follow-up.

This role requires credibility with technical and executive buyers and a demonstrated ability to close complex software deals. The position offers a base plus commission and meaningful equity, with direct impact on product direction and a high-performance startup environment

Qualifications

• Experience closing enterprise software deals.
• Credibility with technical evaluators and executive buyers.
• Strong discovery, navigation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to use AI agents deeply in the sales motion.
• Disciplined pipeline and forecast hygiene.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and resilience.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deals end to end: prospecting through close.
• Navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Build pipeline with agent leverage for research, intelligence, and follow-up.
• Partner with sales engineering for technical proof at the right moments.
• Forecast honestly and manage a disciplined pipeline.
• Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise buyers.
• Feed market and competitive signal back to product and leadership.
• Help build the repeatable playbook for enterprise sales at Zof.
