Job summary

PureCars is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to own the executive-level relationship with the largest client in our Tier 3 book, translating C-suite priorities into action while leading a 20-person enterprise support team. You will be on-site at the client’s headquarters at least four days per week in Atlanta.

Partner with Google, Meta, and Amazon to achieve KPI targets, drive platform adoption, and deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in auto-tech with enterprise CX leadership.
• Experience with C-level executives and executive communications.
• AdTech SaaS or digital advertising client success background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 20-person Enterprise support organization with 7-9 direct reports.
• Serve as primary executive contact for the client’s C-suite.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable direction for CS and performance teams.
