Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ABM initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Sales teams in SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience supporting multiple geographies, business units, and product lines.
• Experience with ABM tech (6sense, Demandbase) and marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies aligned to enterprise pipeline objectives and sales priorities.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and buying groups in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Design personalized one-to-one and one-to-few engagement strategies.
• Partner with Demand Generation to align regional ABM execution to global priorities.
• Execute multi-channel ABM programs across content, email, digital advertising, events, and direct mail.
• Own ReachDesk relationship, including direct mail and gifting strategy, vendor management, and budget.
• Track ABM performance and optimize based on engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
