Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC partners with a premier regional facility in Mattoon, Illinois to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT). Board Certified or Board Eligible, you will join a well-established practice with an extensive referral network and a full surgical infrastructure.

The role covers broad ENT subspecialties across multiple sites with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or alternate weeks). Competitive compensation starts at $700,000 annually, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad practice (general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, Otology, pediatric ENT).
• Use state-of-the-art surgical suites at Mattoon and satellite sites, with expansion options.
• Design a flexible practice schedule (7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations).
• Collaborate with a large referral network to manage high patient volumes.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters and follow-up.
