Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites; perform cases at Mattoon and outpatient centers; support expansion at Effingham facility.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule; flexible blocks including 7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations for commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with internal primary care and pediatric referrals to manage high-volume backlog.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters, surgical documentation, and follow-up care.
