Job summary

United Future in Mattoon, Illinois, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a high-demand ENT program with an established referral network and full surgical infrastructure. This full-time role offers flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations), a strong compensation package, relocation assistance, sign-on incentives, and a path to expansion across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligible.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Perform surgeries at Mattoon OR and satellite facility; support expansion to Effingham.
• Create flexible practice schedule (7-on/7-off or alternating weeks) for regional commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with internal primary care and pediatric networks to manage high-volume backlogs.
• Maintain accurate EMR and ensure timely follow-up care.
