Zaddy Solutions in Mattoon, IL is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a premier regional facility with a large referral base and full surgical infrastructure. Board-certified or eligible, you will manage a broad ENT practice including pediatric cases across multiple sites.

You can tailor your schedule with 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations, and there are opportunities to expand to other locations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across a broad practice scope.
• Utilize operating suites across multiple sites with expansion potential.
• Design and establish your schedule, including non-traditional blocks.
• Collaborate with an extensive referral network for high-volume care.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters and follow-up.
