• Proficient in reimbursement procedures, budgetary finance, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures practice meets operations, revenue cycle, quality and financial benchmarks.
• Ensures practice meets strategic initiatives and improves fiscal management.
• Demonstrates human resource management through recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, employee development, engagement, retention, performance management, and time keeping.
• Ensures good provider and physician relationships by promoting teamwork.
