Game Kings in Wichita, KS is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operational, administrative, and personnel management of the practice. You will ensure efficient patient flow, provider support, revenue cycle accountability, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a professional patient experience.

The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, HIPAA/compliance adherence, and collaboration with physicians and support teams to optimize performance and patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of medical practice management or healthcare supervisory experience.
• Experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, ambulatory surgery center, or procedure-based setting.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, prior authorizations, billing, collections, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and facility needs.
• Ensure providers have staff, supplies, equipment, and scheduling support for clinic and procedures.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate activities with physicians, AP providers, clinical staff, billing teams, vendors, and outside facilities.
