Bon Secours is seeking a Practice Manager for the Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat practice. The role oversees operations, staff, and patient services, ensuring compliant, efficient workflows and high-quality care. The incumbent will coordinate benchmarks, budgets, and provider integrations.

The candidate will have healthcare experience, supervisory background, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to drive performance and patient satisfaction across the practice.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recent experience in healthcare (required).
• 2 years of supervisory experience (required).
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and schedules.
• Experience with revenue cycle processes and budgeting.
• Strong communication and professionalism in all relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for professionalism and customer service.
• Manage day-to-day operations, staff/provider schedules, and performance.
• Facilitate onboarding of new providers and transitions.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes including registration, co-pays, and coding compliance.
• Monitor data, budgets, and prepare planning/reporting.
