Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice.
• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of OSHA/AHCA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and overall performance of the practice to ensure efficiency.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff; provides guidance and feedback.
