Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient concerns and questions.
• Triage calls, voicemails, and messages for routing.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication.
• Resolve non-clinical issues like scheduling or insurance questions.
• Escalate clinical concerns to appropriate clinicians.
• Document interactions accurately in the EMR (eClinicalWorks).
• Coordinate with front desk, nursing, scheduling, and billing teams.
• Monitor queues to respond within the same business day.
• Assist with admin tasks: faxing, scanning, or referral paperwork.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
