Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointment information; notify nursing staff as needed.
• Register new patients and assist with forms.
• Update patient demographics and insurance in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments based on procedure type and provider availability.
• Handle phone calls, triage, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
